Extended Package

Reschedule: If the client requests to reschedule due to illness, emergency, non preventable or any cause outside their control, the deposit will be applied to a rescheduled session provided that notice is given at least 5- 7 days of the photoshoot depending on the package. (For any other reason it is at the discretion of the photographer)

An $50 rescheduling fee must be paid by the client if the photoshoot is rescheduled  in less than 5 days of the shoot.

Cancellation: If client cancels this agreement, giving less than 48 hours notice prior to the date of the photoshoot or fails to show up on time, all payments made to the photographer will be forfeited and released to the photographer unconditionally.
